Job Purpose:

 Enforce QHSE and security policies and procedures to ensure compliance to the global and regulatory standards.
 Utilize dnataHub Issue and action Module to manage and centralize audit findings and corrective actions.
 Lead internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with QHSE and security standards.
 To provide guidance and support to the operations on all matters related to QHSE to reduce risks and execute safe operations.
 To continuously review, monitor and maintain enhance processes and systems to meet established standards of the QHSE and security
 Conduct regular audits, TCC and workplace inspections to assess workplace safety, compliance to QHSE and to identify areas for improvement.
 Supports in the implementation and monitoring of Document Management System to ensure that the internal operational documents (Forms, processes, procedures, working instructions, IATA manuals, Ground Operation Manual) are available and current.
 Monitor implementation of policies, processes, procedures and provide guidance and instructions to employees with regards to QHSE.
 Provide support for second party and third-party audits (Regulatory Authorities, Certification Bodies and Customer Airlines).
 Provides guidance and support to operations team to ensure safe implementations of operations 
 Intervenes in unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensures that appropriate action is taken, and that the operation is safe with the right behaviors. 
 Implement QHSE improvement programs and monitors the performance and effectiveness. 
 Participates in QHSE self-assessments, audits, investigations and recommends corrective actions.
 Supports the successful implementation of the dGOM and dCOM.
 Support in incident investigation by collecting evidence and prepares summary reports of these evidence
 Investigate incidents or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
 Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure that preventive and corrective measures are put in place. 
 Ensures availability of all documents, standards, and procedures for external audits
 Develop, implement, and oversee corrective actions to rectify gaps and to ensure continuous improvement and prevent recurrence.
 Take responsibilities in the regular monitoring of quality controls and compliance checks as part of QHSE controls in the operations. 
 Provide feedback, report on deviations, issues related to the QMS and SMS and other managements systems
 Adhere to QHSE standards, as part of SLA, customer satisfaction, contribute to local and global QHSE programmes, and certifications
 Implements day-to-day operations assigned and ensures compliance with the QHSE established standards and procedures.
 Maintain accurate records of QHSE processes, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
 Assist in any incident investigation as required.
 Monitor waste disposal processes to ensure they comply with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
 Stay up to date with environmental laws and regulations, ensuring the organization complies and reports as required.
 Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements to ensure better quality, health, safety and environment practices.
 Support the QHSE Manager, QHSE Officer and department heads as necessary.
 Assist in initiating, monitoring and the implementation of MOC as assigned.
 Act as MOC Team Leader in the absence of the TL.
 Perform assigned task in compliance with management's instructions and expectations and operational requirement and operational requirements.
 

Practical & technical knowledge:

 Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
 3+ years field experience on Airline or Ground Handling Quality and Compliance auditing
 Relevant experience in accident and incident investigation focusing on exposure elimination.
 Proficient knowledge in Airport Operations
Relevant knowledge in auditing
 

Role specific qualifications or licenses:

 Internal Auditor's Training (Lead Auditor Training is a plus)
 IATA Advanced SMS
 Incident Investigation Training
 Proficient knowledge with safety related requirements in interpreting OHS regulations, and safety codes

 English language test level 5 required with a passing grade of 60%
